LOT6

Lot 6, RPE21-57 is a bull with QUALITY written in capital letters. He is a combination of some of the best genetics that we have to offer, His sire is a LAR09-281 son out of a LAR05-67 daughter and his mother is a LAR05-350 daughter of which we have used 2 sons in the herd. RPE21-57 is a dark, smooth coated bull, with great balance, strong, head, good topline and carries a lot of beef. We have used him in the herd on some of our best cows and the calves are very promising and we can see a close resemblance to him in them, that says a lot about his prepotency. One of his promising bull calves is being sold with one of our top cows as lot 32. Further more RPE21-57 has exceptional breeding values, with a wean direct of 119 and wean maternal of 105, Here is a proper stud bull!

LOT7

Lot 7 is a bull we bought from Up George bonsmaras in 2022 and he is really something special. He is a son of the well known bull LAR14-106 out of a LAR09-349 daughter. LAR09-349 was in our eyes the best looking LAR04-287 son, LAR04-287 is then also the sire of the mother of the record breaking bull LAR19-373. Lot 7 is truly a bull out of some of the best genetics in the industry. He is a thickset, early maturing bull, with a strong head, sleek coat and perfect topline that runs broad and table-top-flat right into his well developed masculine skof. LOT8

Lot 8, RPE21-48 is die breedste bul op die veiling en is die definisie van 'n vleisbees. Hy is 'n seun van PAD13-177, wat konstant goeie bouvorm geteel het, uit 'n hoogs produserende LAR05-350 dogter, RPE17-20, sy is 'n pragtige vroulike koei wat baie breed is van agter. RPE21-48 het sterk bene, goeie kloue, netjiese onderlyn, goedgevormde testes, 'n lang stert, breë sterk rug, besonderse sterk lende en uitsonderlike breedte oor die sit en draai bene. RPE21-48 dra besonders baie vleis met 'n "nat" bespiering wat ons van hou. Sy breedte en diepte sit om in gewig met 'n 205dae speen gewig van 310kg en speen direk syfer van +26.6. Ons glo ook hy gaan pragtige breë koeie teel met baie melk, sy speen maternale syfer van +4.9. Hier is 'n bul wat breedte en bouvorm in een generasie gaan by sit in 'n kudde en wat ons self op ons stoet koeie gebruik het. Ons behou 'n semen aandeel van die bul.

LOT9

Lot 9 RPE21-02 is een van 3 seuns van die kudde vaar LAR14-265 (Broer, selfde ma van LAR17-339) op veiling, sien lotte 11 en 23. LAR14-265 het uitstekend geteel by ons met 'n uitstekende retensie %. Hy het konstant lang lyf, goed bevleesde bulle geteel met uitsonderlike manlikheid, sterk toplyne en groot skowwe. RPE21-02 is geen uitsondering, hy is 'n goed bespierde, lang lyf bul, met 'n groot skof en sterk manlike kop. Sy ma is 'n hoogs vrugbare LAR05-23 dogter (soos lot 4 se ma), met 'n TKP van 408 oor 10 kalwers. RPE21-02 speen self 278kg op 7 maande met 'n speen direk syfer van +24.3. As jy speen gewig wil verhoog in jou kudde is die bul 'n aantreklike manier om dit te doen!

LOT10

Lot 10 is one of the strongest bulls we have ever offered on sale and is really something special. He is out of an exceptional motherline with LAR05-350 onto a LAR05-23 daughter onto an NPT91-40 daughter. That is what we call genetic stacking. His mother RPE14-21 is one of our favourite cows, we have used 2 of her sons in the herd with the first being RPE19-125, sold to Johan Goosen in 2022 and RPE20-22. RPE20-22's calves are distinct and we can spot them from a distance, with his good confirmation, good heads and black points every time. He seems to have that all important prepotancy that we long for in a stud bull. On father's side he has a CSW01-14 son out of a very fertile AG92-46 daughter. RPE20-22's calves are small at birth but grow vigorously with his birth direct index of 117, wean maternal of 105, wean direct of 98 and after wean index of 102. RPE20-22 has exceptional balance with a proper wedge shape from front to back, with a deep and wide chest. His hormonal balance is perfect with great "verdonkering", that we look for in a bull. He has a neat underline, perfectly straight testes, good claws, long tail, broad over his back and the best head of any bull on the sale. He doesn't carry the double muscling gene but we can see in his calves that he adds muscling with strong eye muscle development and good hindquarters. A bull for the genetic connoisseur.
